Base rental pricing

Longer terms lower the monthly rate. The amounts shown are base monthly rental rates.
Applying is free. Once we’ve agreed on your nursery package and installation date and signed the rental agreement, your first month’s rent and the $399 service fee are due before delivery. After that, rent is due monthly in advance. Your rental begins when setup is complete and the room is ready for you to use, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
The same base rental rates apply to all three designs. A separate one-time $399 service fee applies. No security deposit. Paid additions and any out-of-area charges are agreed before you sign the rental agreement.
Delivery, Setup & Removal
The one-time $399 fee includes delivery, carrying the items into your room, furniture assembly, curtain installation, room styling and lighting installation where a suitable existing connection is available. At the end of your rental, it includes disassembly and removal of the rented items; your mattress stays with you.
Additional electrical work is charged separately and must be performed by a licensed professional.

Our standard service area extends approximately 30 miles (48 km) from Ballantyne, ZIP 28277, serving Charlotte and nearby communities. Service availability and any additional charges outside this area are confirmed for your address before you sign the rental agreement.

What is LittleMorrow early access, and what does an application guarantee?
Early access helps us learn about your room, timing and preferred design before service expands. The application is free and does not obligate you to rent. If your address and timing are a fit, we will invite you to review availability and a complete written proposal.
What is included, and will the room look exactly like the image?
The proposal lists every included item before you decide. We preserve the selected design's atmosphere, palette and function, then adapt the arrangement to your room. Exact models and decorative details may vary with availability, but we’ll discuss any substitutions with you and get your approval in advance.
What is the expected cost?

Choose a term from 3 to 24 months. Near the end, we contact you to coordinate the next step: return the collection, extend the rental or make the nursery yours under the purchase terms in your agreement.
Is the mattress new, and how are reused items prepared?
Every family receives a new Newton Original Breathable mattress, which is yours to keep after the rental at no extra charge. Before each installation, reusable furniture and décor are inspected and prepared. Textiles and upholstered items are professionally deep-cleaned and treated using methods appropriate for each material and in accordance with applicable U.S. requirements. Removable textiles are laundered. Items that cannot be properly cleaned or restored are replaced.
What does the $399 service fee include?

Can I personalize the nursery?
Yes. We adapt the selected design to your room and can coordinate colors, decorative details, age-appropriate books and toys, and selected optional additions. Your written proposal will show what is included and what can be added.
Can a relative, friend or loved one apply?
Yes. A loved one may submit the application as a gift or on behalf of the family. Before confirming the proposal, we will coordinate the room details, timing and final decisions with the family receiving the nursery.
Can I extend my rental?
Contact us at least 30 days before your rental ends. By mutual agreement, you can extend month to month at your existing monthly rate. There is no automatic renewal and no repeat $399 fee when the nursery stays at the same address.
Do I need to pay to apply, and how will my data be used?
No. The early-access application is free and does not create a payment obligation. We use your information to assess service availability, prepare your proposal and contact you about LittleMorrow; we do not sell your personal data.
Are the furniture and materials used by LittleMorrow safe?
We carefully select furniture and materials for every LittleMorrow nursery. We consider current U.S. safety requirements, structural reliability, finish quality and available information about material composition and certification. We unpack new furniture and allow it to air out before installation. Before every installation, we check all items for stability, damage, unusual odors, and hardware condition. Manufacturer and furniture specification information is available upon request.
When do I pay, and is a deposit required?
Applying is free. Once we’ve agreed on your nursery package and installation date and signed the rental agreement, your first month’s rent and the $399 service fee are due before delivery. After that, rent is due monthly in advance. Your rental begins when setup is complete and the room is ready for you to use, unless we agree otherwise in writing. No security deposit is required.
Can I return the nursery early?
Please give us 30 days’ notice. We recalculate rent based on the actual rental period and credit amounts already paid, without a separate penalty. The calculation method is agreed in advance and stated in your contract.
Can I purchase the nursery furniture and décor?
Yes. You can purchase your nursery furniture and décor. Contact us for a personalized purchase price.
What about wear, damage or missing items?
Normal wear and tear from everyday use is included in your rental. Any charges for damage or missing items are assessed separately, with a documented breakdown.
